Acceptance

By using Draft Coach, creating an account, logging in, downloading the desktop app, or connecting a Riot account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Draft Coach.

The Service

Draft Coach provides League of Legends draft guidance, champion statistics, matchup information, build data, and a desktop companion that can read your local League Client champion-select state to generate recommendations. Draft Coach is informational only and does not guarantee match outcomes, rank gains, or perfect statistical accuracy.

Riot Games Relationship

Draft Coach isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

Draft Coach uses Riot-provided data, Riot APIs, and local League Client information where available. Riot services, APIs, policies, rate limits, access rules, and data availability may change, fail, or be revoked. We are not responsible for Riot outages, API changes, approval decisions, or data delays.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your Draft Coach account credentials and devices secure. Do not share your session tokens or passwords. You may request account deletion or Riot account unlinking by contacting privacy@draftcoach.gg.

User Rules

• Do not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse Draft Coach or Riot services.
• Do not use Draft Coach to cheat, automate gameplay, bypass Riot rules, or create an unfair advantage prohibited by Riot policy.
• Do not impersonate others, submit false information, or use another person's account without permission.
• Do not attempt to access data, systems, accounts, API keys, or features you are not authorized to access.
• Do not use Draft Coach in a way that violates law, Riot policies, or the rights of others.

Accuracy And Availability

Stats can be incomplete, delayed, stale, affected by Riot API limits, or affected by patches, parsing errors, sample size, and regional availability. Draft Coach is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Intellectual Property

Draft Coach's site design, software, branding, generated analysis, and original content belong to Draft Coach or its licensors. Riot Games assets, names, marks, game data, and related properties belong to Riot Games or their respective owners. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute Draft Coach except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

Payments

Draft Coach is currently offered without paid subscriptions. If paid features are introduced later, we will provide the applicable pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund terms before you buy.

Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created security risk, abused the service, violated Riot policy, or if we must do so for legal, operational, or Riot API access reasons. You may stop using Draft Coach at any time.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Draft Coach will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost rank, gameplay outcomes, service interruptions, Riot API changes, or third-party conduct. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Draft Coach changes. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide additional notice when appropriate. Your continued use of Draft Coach after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
