Acceptance

By using Draft Coach, creating an account, downloading the desktop app, connecting a Riot account, or buying a Supporter membership, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Draft Coach.

The Service

Draft Coach provides League of Legends draft guidance, champion statistics, matchup and build information, and a desktop companion that can read local League Client champion-select state. Recommendations and existing product functionality remain free. Draft Coach is informational and does not guarantee outcomes, rank gains, or perfect statistical accuracy.

Accounts And Security

Draft Coach provides sign-up, verified-email sign-in, password reset, and revocable application sessions. You are responsible for choosing an uncommon password, securing your email account and devices, and protecting Draft Coach sessions. Do not share session or recovery credentials or use another person's account. Contact privacy@draftcoach.gg for account deletion requests.

Riot Account Links

Riot Sign On links a separately authorized Riot account to an existing Draft Coach account; it is not a Draft Coach login method. You may unlink a Riot account. Additional Riot accounts on one Draft Coach account remain disabled unless Riot gives written approval for that flow. Riot authorization may fail or be withdrawn, and Riot account presentation can change.

Draft Coach isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

Draft Coach Supporter

Draft Coach Supporter costs USD $4.99 per month plus applicable tax. The offer has no free trial and creates no feature paywall; it is an account-wide supporter badge and status across every Riot account linked to the same Draft Coach account.

Stripe processes the subscription and applicable billing details. The membership renews monthly until canceled. You can use Stripe's Customer Portal to update payment methods, view invoices, and schedule cancellation at the end of the current billing period. Plan switching, immediate self-service cancellation, prorations, and discretionary refunds are not offered. Refunds are provided only when required by applicable law. Cancellation does not remove already-paid Supporter time before the paid-through date.

A Checkout success page is not proof of payment. Supporter status changes only after Draft Coach receives and verifies Stripe billing events. Taxes depend on your location and applicable registrations.

User Rules

• Do not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse Draft Coach, its providers, or Riot services.
• Do not use Draft Coach to cheat, automate gameplay, bypass Riot rules, or create an advantage prohibited by Riot policy.
• Do not impersonate others, submit false information, or use another person's account or payment method without permission.
• Do not attempt to access data, accounts, API keys, payment records, or features you are not authorized to access.
• Do not use Draft Coach in a way that violates law, Riot policies, provider terms, or the rights of others.

Accuracy And Availability

Statistics, account providers, payments, and Riot data can be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or affected by patches, API limits, parsing errors, sample size, region, or third-party changes. Draft Coach is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Intellectual Property

Draft Coach's design, software, branding, generated analysis, and original content belong to Draft Coach or its licensors. Riot Games assets, names, marks, game data, and related properties belong to Riot Games or their owners. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute Draft Coach except as allowed by law or written permission.

Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a Terms violation, security risk, abuse, payment fraud, legal obligation, operational need, or Riot/provider access requirement. You may stop using Draft Coach at any time. Account termination does not erase payment, tax, dispute, or other records that law requires us or Stripe to retain.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Draft Coach will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, rank, gameplay outcomes, service interruptions, provider changes, or third-party conduct. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited or your mandatory consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Draft Coach changes. Material changes will update the date above and receive additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
