Patch Overview
Patch Highlights
- Patch 26.11 is centered on support ecosystem changes, with tank and engage options getting help while enchanter shields, mage-support damage, and several support items are pulled back.
- The patch also touches top lane itemization, trims Brand, Smolder, and Teemo, and adds Pizza Chef Sion, Pasta Maker Illaoi, Breadsticks Irelia, Spaghetti alla Vel'Koz, and Eternal Aspect skins on May 28.
Pride 2026
- Two new Pride emotes are available for 1 Blue Essence each when the patch goes live.
- Returning Pride emotes and icons are also back for 1 Blue Essence, with icon trails active from Patch 26.11 through Patch 26.13.
Ranked Leaderboards In Client
- The low-use My Leagues view is removed from the Ranked client area to simplify navigation.
- Friend comparisons remain available, and Master+ ladders still show the high-rank race.
Role Quest Adjustments
- The Mid Role Quest reward is buffed after landing too softly in Patch 26.9.
- Its Bonus AD and AP reward increases from 6% to 8%.
Support Adjustments
- Riot is attacking the enchanter-heavy support meta with lower early shielding, item reliability nerfs, and a Deathfire Touch follow-up.
- Tank and engage supports get more lane durability through Aftershock, Guardian, Locket, Knight's Vow, and a more forgiving Zeke's trigger.
Champions
- Brand bot, Smolder, and AD-leaning Teemo are pulled back after overperforming with current item and rune setups.
- Diana, Ekko, Heimerdinger, Kassadin, and Quinn receive targeted help, while Xin Zhao trades some AP healing for AP damage.
Items
- Experimental Hexplate is nerfed for ranged champions while remaining unchanged for melee users.
- Heartsteel and Statikk Shiv receive straightforward output buffs for greedy tank builds and AD-reliant Shiv users.
Runes
- Deathfire Touch now deals magic damage only.
- The change mainly closes its Black Cleaver armor-shred synergy rather than changing listed damage numbers.
ARAM: Mayhem
- ARAM: Mayhem gets a light balance pass, mostly trimming overperforming champion modifiers like Vayne, Xayah, Kalista, Fizz, Tristana, and Twitch.
- Smolder, Varus, Samira, and Fiddlesticks move toward neutral modifiers, and the mode receives a set of augment and champion-specific bugfixes.
ARAM
- ARAM has one champion adjustment in this patch.
- Qiyana gains 20 Ability Haste.
Arena
- Arena continues its three-player tuning pass with three new Guests of Honor: Nilah, Vayne, and Yone.
- The large balance pass adjusts augments, champions, systems, and items, with special attention on enchanter strength, ADC follow-ups, Kinkou Jitte, and Hexbolt Companion.
Bugfixes & QoL Changes
- The standard Summoner's Rift fixes cover support undo behavior, jungle pet krug attacks, Shaco stealth cancellation, Milio indicators, and several item trigger issues.
- WASD auto attacking gets another responsiveness pass when repeatedly entering or leaving attack range on the same target.
Support Adjustments
Tank and engage supports get the main help, while enchanter shields and several support items lose reliability or raw output.
Summon Aery
Aery's early shield is lower, so enchanter lanes have less protection before the rune scales back to its old late-game value.
- Shielding: 30 - 100 (Levels 1 - 18) (+10% bonus AD) (+5% AP) ⇒ 20 - 100 (Levels 1 - 18) (+10% bonus AD) (+5% AP)
Aftershock
Aftershock gives more immediate resistance when it triggers, even though the bonus-resistance scaling is slightly lower.
- Armor and MR: 35 (+80% bonus) ⇒ 45 (+75% bonus)
Guardian
Guardian is available sooner in lane, but the shield shifts away from AP and flat value toward bonus-health users.
- Cooldown: 90 - 40 (Level 1 - 18) ⇒ 75 - 40 (Level 1 - 18)
- Shield: 45 - 180 (+25% AP) (+5% bonus HP) ⇒ 40 - 150 (+20% AP) (+6% bonus HP)
Dream Maker
Dream Maker loses raw bubble numbers while changing to cast-source logic, making it weaker in many cases but cleaner for multi-hit damage patterns.
- Blue Bubble Damage Reduction: 75 - 255 (Level 1 - 18) ⇒ 50 - 194 (Level 1 - 18)
- Blue Bubble Damage Reduction: Damage reduction affects the next non-0 instance of damage, regardless of how large it is ⇒ Damage reduction affects the next non-0 damage cast source (temporal carry-over)
- Purple Bubble Damage: 50 - 170 (Level 1 - 18) ⇒ 40 - 160 (Level 1 - 18)
- Purple Bubble Damage: Damage triggers on hit, or on certain abilities / items ⇒ Damage triggers on next damaging attack or ability, reduced for AoE effects (i.e. Nami E)
Moonstone Renewer
Moonstone loses double-dipping interactions with heal or shield modifiers and anti-heal effects, with bounces now favoring lower-health allies.
- Fixed various bugs, including no longer double dipping on both heal / shield power and Grievous Wounds / Shield Reaver
- Bounces now prioritize lower health allies
Imperial Mandate
Imperial Mandate becomes an immobilize-focused utility item with higher cost, more AP and mana regen, less generic haste, and a new Vulnerable mark.
- Build Path: Fiendish Codex (850g) + Bandleglass Mirror (900g) + 500g = 2250g ⇒ Blasting Wand (850g) + Bandleglass Mirror (900g) + 650g = 2400g
- Ability Power: 60 ⇒ 65
- Ability Haste: 20 ⇒ 15
- Mana Regen: 125% ⇒ 150%

Locket of the Iron Solari
Locket gets a direct durability buff with higher armor and magic resist.
- Armor and Magic Resist: 25 ⇒ 30
Knight’s Vow

- Damage Redirection: 12% ⇒ 14%
- Heal: 10% ⇒ 12%
Zeke’s Convergence
Zeke's can now arm from a long-range ultimate and trigger when an enemy enters range, which makes engage timing more forgiving.
- Frostfire Tempest: Triggers on Ult cast ⇒ Readies on Ult cast for the next 5 seconds, triggering the moment an enemy champion gets within the range or after 5 seconds
Champions

Brand
Brand loses base armor, a direct hit to his bot lane durability into physical-damage trades.

Base Stats
- Monster Damage: 230% ⇒ 270%

- NEW Turret Range: Turrets now gain 50 additional range against minions if nothing else is in range

W - Nether Blade
- Base Magic Damage: 20 (+10% AP) ⇒ 25 (+10% AP)

Passive - Harrier
- Monster Damage: 50 ⇒ 75
Q - Blinding Assault
- Monster Damage: 150% ⇒ 200%
Smolder
Smolder's passive damage leans harder into crit scaling and away from bruiser-leaning base stack damage.
Passive - Dragon Practice
- Bonus Magic Damage on Q: 40% * (1 + (Crit Chance *.5 * (1 + Bonus Crit Damage)) of Passive stacks (60% at 100% Crit, 66% if you have IE) ⇒ 25% * (1 + (Crit Chance * 1.2 * (1 + Bonus Crit Damage)) of Passive stacks
- Bonus Magic Damage on E: 12% of Passive stacks ⇒ 8% * (1 + (Crit Chance *.6 * (1 + Bonus Crit Damage)) of Passive stacks

- Heal Amount: 3 / 4 / 5% Max HP (+50 / 65 / 90% AP) (Levels 1 / 6 / 11) ⇒ 3 / 4 / 5% Max HP (+45 / 55 / 80% AP) (Levels 1 / 6 / 11)
Items
Ranged Hexplate users lose ultimate-window stats, while Heartsteel and Statikk Shiv receive direct buffs.
Experimental Hexplate
Experimental Hexplate's Overdrive is weaker for ranged champions, with melee champions keeping the old attack speed and move speed values.
- Overdrive: On ulting, 50% bonus AS and 20% bonus MS for 8 seconds ⇒ Ranged: 35% bonus AS and 14% bonus MS for 8 seconds (unchanged for melee)
Heartsteel
Heartsteel converts more proc damage into permanent health, restoring some payoff for greedy tank itemization.

Statikk Shiv
Statikk Shiv gains attack damage, helping users that care more about raw AD than the item's waveclear profile.
- Attack Damage: 40 ⇒ 45
Runes
Deathfire Touch keeps its listed damage but changes damage type to remove an abusive armor-shred interaction.
Deathfire Touch
Deathfire Touch now deals magic damage only, shutting down its Black Cleaver synergy for physical-damage users.
- Damage: Adaptive based on the user's AD vs AP ⇒ Magic Damage
